price indications, carpet areas, possession dates (Dec 2027), and other details are conceptual /
indicative / artistic impressions only and subject to change without prior notice.
Prices mentioned (starting from ₹1.35 Cr* Inclusive of all statutory taxes) are indicative
current base
prices and do not constitute a legal offer. Final pricing depends on unit selection, floor
rise, orientation, applicable taxes (GST, stamp duty, registration), maintenance charges, corpus fund,
and other statutory levies at the time of agreement execution.
Carpet areas are approximate and based on RERA measurement guidelines. Minor variations may occur during
final measurement.
Possession date (Dec 2027) is tentative and subject to force majeure, delays in

provided subject to approvals from competent authorities and as per sanctioned plans.
